Orders that must be cancelled/returned will incur a 25% restocking fee.
FFL – All firearms must be shipped to an FFL. The address must be the same as printed on the FFL. Many states impose restrictions on firearms, magazines, and other accessories. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that an item is legal to own in their State/City/County before purchasing. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The buyer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure your FFL dealer sends a copy of their FFL to: sales@zeiterarms.com
Return Policy on Firearms – When you purchase a firearm, we assign the serial number of that firearm to that sale and begin the paperwork necessary to transfer it to you. Any cancellations, exchanges or returns BEFORE you take possession of the firearm are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus any applicable shipping charges, to cover our costs. AFTER you take possession of the firearm you CANNOT return it unless there is a mechanical or manufacturing defect. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy
Shipping – By law, firearms must ship to an FFL dealer (local gunshop) where the buyer will pick up their firearm. We will ship your order with a copy of your information enclosed.
We do not ship to 03 (C&R) FFL holders under any circumstances. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. Orders to AK/HI will incur an additional shipping charge.
Zeiter Arms does not ship to the following states/cities:
- California
- Chicago
- Massachusetts
- Washington D.C
- Puerto Rico and all other US Territories
All custom firearms are test fired to ensure quality.
